Prepare your meals for the week in bulk and keep meals/snacks with you at all times.
Featured Recipe: Turkey Casserole

1lb 99% fat free ground turkey breast
1 can no salt added tomato sauce
1 can no salt added canned corn
1lb package steamable mixed veggies
Mrs. Dash salt free spice (your favorite flavor)

Brown turkey on medium and drain. Steam veggies in microwave. Add in tomato sauce, corn, veggies, Mrs. Dash to taste and stir. Simmer 5 minutes.
